Check the full patch notes as well as the pitiful trailer. It's really just a bit of fun, you're right, you are likely never making back the pretend millionses your imaginary person has fake-spent on the new content, this is 100% Freemode activity cooldown filler content. I'm fine with that. There are already so many ways to grind your life to a halt making imaginary millions in the game, Jeezus, people, as usual, are crying all over the place about how R* are the most evil Shark Card touting bandits, robbing their customers of their (100% fake) in-game currency and blah-blah... Jeez, peeps! Pretend-spend that shit and just enjoy the thing. :D It's a great shitty little update!
